Shipping Info and Returns
All orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days. Due to Covid some courier companies are short staffed so orders may be delayed for pickup and delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or post delays due to courier company staff shortages, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within New Zealand*
*Some exceptions apply. Due to the size of item such as rayguns, hats and parasols, shipping price may vary.
Items may be able to be picked up, please let us know if you require this option
Currently, our shipping rates are for New Zealand only. For overseas purchases, please contact us through either email or our facebook page, and we can calculate a shipping rate for you.
Returns and Exchanges
Here at Grymmstone and Trealce Emporium we want you to love your purchase! Our returns and exchanges are done on a case by case basis, so if you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of some of our products, there may be slight variations in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about handmade pieces.
Please choose carefully as we do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, but if the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Items must be unworn and in it's original condition.
Please let us know the date of purchase and a description and if possible photos describing the problem.
