A dramatic sheer soft tulle skirt is gathered on to a wide satin ribbon, and is finished with a wide gathered tulle ruffle on the hem. Shaped in a half circle, this goes from 30cm at the front to a full 100cm length at the back. Swishes beautifully as you move!
