With two metal handcuffs joined together at the front on a thick chain with two metal D-Rings attaching this to an adjustable faux leather strap. The the handcuffs themselves are cuffed to each other and they do work like real handcuffs and unlock; and this fastens with the strap at the back. This will fit necks measuring between 41cm to 48cm.
