Victoriana Peplum Blouse - Size 12 to 14

This blouse has a standing ruffle collar with an added top layer of ruffled lace; buttons down the front with small round black buttons, has a double layer ruffled peplum and more lace finishing at the waist and down the front of the bodice. Full sleeves end in a gathered wrist which closes with four more buttons, and this laces at the back for that curvy Victorian look.
