Dark Carnival Striped Mini-Hats

These One of A Kind enchanting wee hats are handmade by a local artisan. Each is made in striped fabric, and finished with feathers, handmade bows,  and tiny embellishments - a cameo  for the “Jack Skellington” hat. 
This is approximately 7cm tall, with the base 10cm wide. There are two clips underneath so you can clip to your hair, or clip these to a headband if you prefer.
